The feedback button
The "Feedback" button at the bottom right of every page is for quick notes: something looked odd, a wording, an idea. It goes to a third-party inbox (Inputly), so keep anything about your account for email.
What to write where
- Something broke. Email, with the date and time of the event, what DOFOTT did and what you expected. Never send the event's title or attendees; DOFOTT does not need them and does not keep them.
- A feature idea. The feedback button, or email if it needs a paragraph.
- Your data: see it, fix it, delete it. Deleting is on the settings page and happens at once. For anything else under KVKK or the GDPR, email; the privacy page says what is held.
- Billing. Nothing to bill during the beta. When a paid plan comes, it is announced by email thirty days ahead, and questions come here.
- Press, partnerships, anything else. Email.
