02Every day
Every meeting with a place gets a trip
Ending exactly when the meeting starts, long enough for today’s road. The title says where you are going; the trip is busy, so nobody books over it.
And the way back
From the meeting to home, or to the office during work hours. Turn it off if you never go back.
Back to back? Straight on
When there is no time to go home in between, the trip runs from one meeting to the next, and there is no trip home in the middle.
From the office in office hours
Give DOFOTT your work address and hours, and a Tuesday afternoon meeting is reached from the office, not from home.

03When plans change
Move a meeting, the trip follows
Drag it to another day, change its place, cancel it: the trip changes with it within seconds.
Today’s traffic, not last week’s New
Close to departure DOFOTT asks again. Slower: the trip starts earlier and says “leave 15 min early”. On the way back it says “arrive 15 min late”. If there is an accident or a closed road, it says that too.
Weekly meetings, every week
A meeting that repeats gets a trip that repeats. Move one week and only that week’s trip moves.
Delete a trip and it stays deleted
Getting a lift that day? Delete the trip. It does not come back, unless the meeting moves somewhere else.

DOFOTT reads where and when, never the title, the notes or who is coming. Someone you share your calendar with sees “busy”, not where you are going.
