Your team’s calendar should show the road too.
Nobody gets booked into a meeting they cannot reach. DOFOTT puts travel time before and after every meeting with a place, in every calendar on your team. We are looking for the first teams to try it with us.

On a team that goes out to meet people, meetings sit next to each other on the calendar and the drive between them is nowhere. Someone books a meeting across town ten minutes after the last one ends, and nobody is surprised when it starts late.
When the whole team runs DOFOTT, the drive is in everyone’s calendar. A gap is a real gap, and the hours on the road show as busy to anyone who looks.
How it works
- Each person connects their own Google Calendar. Two minutes, no admin, no Workspace setting.
- Each person writes where they start from. That address stays theirs.
- From then on, every meeting with a place gets its trip before and after, and follows the meeting when it moves.
What you see, and what you don’t
You see
- Your colleagues’ travel time as busy, whether they share their calendar with you in full or as free/busy only.
- Who on the team has joined.
You don’t see
- Where anyone sets out from, or which way they go.
- Anyone’s home or work address.
- How many hours the team spent on the road. We don’t make that report.
Every travel block is written as a private event, so even a calendar shared in full shows it only as busy. The one exception is Google’s own: someone allowed to edit a calendar, like an assistant, sees everything in it.
The pilot
Free for pilot teams while we try it together. What we ask in return is that you tell us plainly what works and what doesn’t.
After the pilot, $36 + tax a year per person using it. If it isn’t for you, you walk away and pay nothing.

Questions
Do we need a Google Workspace admin?
No. Each person connects their own Google account and agrees to it themselves. Nothing is installed for the whole company.
Does it work with Outlook?
No. DOFOTT works with Google Calendar only.
What does DOFOTT keep about my team?
The same as for anyone: for each meeting with a place, its identifier, place, start and end. Never titles or attendees. Nothing read from anyone’s calendar is shown to anyone else on the team.
What if someone joins the team later?
They connect the same way, whenever they arrive. Someone who leaves disconnects from their settings page, and their blocks go with them.
