Reclaim.ai defends your calendar. It schedules habits, holds focus time, keeps buffers around meetings and hands out booking links, and somewhere in that list is travel time. DOFOTT does the travel time and nothing else. This page is about what that trade actually costs, in both directions.
Everything about Reclaim here was read off their own pricing page in September 2026. If it has moved since, write to me and I will correct this rather than leave it in our favour.
The short version
- Reclaim has a free plan; travel time is not in it. Travel Time Buffers are a Business-plan feature, and Business is listed at $15 per seat a month. For one person that is around $180 a year for the thing you came for.
- DOFOTT is $0 up to twelve meetings with a place a month, $5 + tax in a month past that, or $36 + tax a year with no limit.
- Reclaim does far more than travel time. Habits, focus time, smart meetings, scheduling links, team features — and airport buffers around flights, which is a good idea we do not have.
- DOFOTT tells you the drive, not just that there is one. Google Maps for the hour the meeting starts, from home, work or the meeting before.
Where Reclaim is better
- It manages a week, not a trip. If your problem is that focus time never survives contact with other people's invitations, that is Reclaim's whole subject and it is good at it.
- The free plan is real. Limited to one calendar and a week of scheduling range, but free forever and useful.
- Airport travel time. It protects time around flights as well as meetings. We only do the drive to an address.
- Teams. Per-seat plans, shared habits, team scheduling. DOFOTT is one person and one calendar.
Where DOFOTT is better
- Travel time is not behind a tier. It is the product. You do not have to reach anyone's second-most-expensive plan to get the road on your calendar.
- The minutes are the real minutes. Google Maps for the time of day, with live traffic when driving and timetables on transit — not a buffer you sized once and forgot.
- Where the trip starts changes with your day. Home, work in your work hours, or straight from the meeting before when there is no time to go home.
- There and back. A block before the meeting and one after it, and the one after knows whether you are going home or on to the next place.
- Quiet months are free. Twelve meetings with a place a month cost nothing, so a slow season does not have to be cancelled and set up again.
Which should you pick
If what you want is an assistant for the whole week — habits, focus time, a booking link, a team — buy Reclaim, and take the travel buffers as part of the package. It is a bigger product and honestly priced for what it does.
If your week is fine and the only thing missing is the road between the meetings, paying Business-plan prices for a travel buffer is a lot. DOFOTT writes the same trip, timed properly, for nothing in the months you barely leave the house.
Does Reclaim.ai include travel time on the free plan?
No. Reclaim's Lite plan is free forever, but Travel Time Buffers are listed as a Business-plan feature. Business is $15 per seat a month on their pricing page, checked in September 2026.
Is DOFOTT a replacement for Reclaim?
